Please allow 1-2 weeks for your special piece to be created and shipped. 

Do you ship internationally? TOP

We'd be glad to ship internationally, but please be advised that the actual amount will be declared on the customs form and a specific delivery timeframe can't be guaranteed as international orders have to go through customs.

*Please note, there may be additional charges incurred at your expense by customs.

Will my piece look exactly like the one in the picture? TOP

Similar, but not just alike.  Each piece is custom created for you by hand (mine).  So each piece will have its own uniquenesses.

Will the letters be perfectly straight? TOP

No way, Jose!  :)  Truly, only the highest quality pieces will be sent out...however, each piece is stamped by my hand which means there will be inconsistencies which lend added character, uniqueness and beauty.

Can you stamp on the back of my piece too? TOP

More than likely not.  When the pieces are stamped, the impression can be seen on the backside.
